Could well be a nice fill for the summertime or, as we call it, cucumber time. This find was already reported sometime ago, accompanied by a photo. The carvings looked like a bag of beans or a bucket with tennisballs or..., OK; smashed cucumbers! There are of course rock carvings of the Big Dipper in this world. They can be recognised as such instandly. It must have been easy for our cup-and-ring masons to carv a Big Dipper or Orion or any constellation into the rock. The interesting thing is: they didn't! I'm still waiting for a photo with one or more constellations carved in a rock in the cup-and-ring tradition. That Chinese one is in the same queue now! Cheers, Jan
